Shipping
General Shipping Info

Please allow up to two (2) Business Days for order processing and an additional five to seven (5-7) Business Days for delivery. Orders are shipped on Business Days only. Shipments may be sent by United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), DHL, and/or Royal Mail and delivery times may vary.

Tracking Information

Following the placement of your order, a tracking number will generally be provided via a shipment confirmation email within five (5) Business Days. Tracking numbers for shipped orders can also be found on the Order History page if you are logged into the Maelle website. If you do not receive your tracking number, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance.

Backorders

We make every attempt to avoid backorders, but if an ordered product is out of stock, we will do our best to let you know as soon as we can. Backordered items may be sent as a separate shipment If a product cannot be shipped within thirty (30) days of order, we will void the item from your order and issue a refund.

Returns
General Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Maëlle product, you may return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of order for a 100% refund of the amount paid for the product (including sales tax but excluding all shipping charges) on the credit card used to make the purchase. Please email support@maellebeauty.com to initiate a return. Please allow up to thirty (30) days to process returns and issue refunds. Returns not initiated through Customer Support cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional processing time.

Only items for which a refund is available in accordance with the overall Returns Policy should be returned to Maëlle. Items returned for which no refund is available will be discarded.

Backorders

Returns of Sets or Kits

Products sold in sets or kits returned within thirty (30) days of purchase are only eligible for refund if returned with all components of the kit or set. No refunds will be issued for a partial return, but we will happily any items in a set that may arrive defective or damaged.

Returns of Defective or Damaged Products

Any products that are delivered damaged or defective will be replaced at no additional cost to the Customer OR refunded by crediting 100% of the amount paid for the purchase price, sales tax, and shipping charges to the credit card used to make the purchase. Please reach out to Customer Support at support@maellebeauty.com to report any damaged or defective products.

Maëlle reserves the right to arrange a product pick up for defective products or for those Maëlle wishes to examine, at no charge to the purchaser, at its discretion. The determination of whether the Product was defective at the time of shipment shall be made by Maëlle in its sole discretion.
